We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that custom or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Yes, all Toor Knives products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Can I track my international shipment?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. International transit times vary by destination and customs processing.
